Once upon a time, in the Land of Enchantment, there lived a beautiful princess named BoB. She had hair as dark as Lead and Coal, and her eyes twinkled like sun glinting off the Sandia Peak Tramway.

She grew big and strong on a diet of votes—tens of thousands of them!—cast by
Alibi readers. So magnificent did she grow that, on her 19 th birthday, she threw a party.

She invited Life in Burque because they’re friends
por vida . Arts & Lit made everyone feel inspired. Local Flavor brought a picnic. The High Life was fashionably late but helped get the festivities rolling. Goods and his fraternal twin, Services, arrived bearing gifts.

The icing on her birthday cake were up-and-coming image-makers—Katherine Workinger, Ben Adams, Mark Beyer, Brapola!, Nikki Zabicki and Leslie “Deft” Gonzales—who dressed her up in their creations.

It was a magical fiesta with no hangovers, and they all lived happily ever after.

Results reported by Sam Adams, Jessica Cassyle Carr, Christie Chisholm, Marisa Demarco, Laura Marrich, Devin D. O’Leary and Margaret Wright.
