Park Inn by Radisson Hotel and Waterpark—4 p.m. to 4 a.m. Tribal Splash 2012: All-inclusive party in a multimillion dollar waterpark.

Now in its fifth year, Tribal Splash is a cosmopolitan, mindful good time. The entire Radisson Hotel has been set aside specifically for revelers so that no one is tempted to drink and drive. Locals can buy special rate packages and convert the weekend into a staycation. If you forget you’re in Albuquerque, don’t blame the cocktail in your hand.

The celebration kicks off Saturday afternoon with a casual, retro-themed pool party in the hotel’s indoor atrium from 4 to 7 p.m. A buffet dinner from 6 to 8 p.m. fuels guests up for the long night of dancing ahead. At 9 p.m., the massive Radisson Water Park will transform into a nightclub, complete with a laser- and light-show and state-of-the art sound system. Las Vegas DJ Chris Adams spins house, tribal and Latin beats late into the night, but ecstatic booty-shaking won’t be the only entertainment. Dancers and Chinese pole acrobats fresh off of Cirque de Soleil’s Le Rêve in Las Vegas are the featured acts. The big-city club feeling rolls into the wee hours with the “Tribal Dance” after-party bumping till dawn in the indoor pool atrium, hosted by Texas DJ Jesse Hutton. 18+ to play, 21+ to drink.
