Jayne Loader and Pierce Rafferty's cult classic is considered the granddaddy of all "found footage" documentaries. The 1982 film gloriously cut-and-pastes a dizzying assemblage of newsreels, declassified government propaganda films and 1950s "educational" shorts for maximum humor and discomfort.
