What has become of our world? Seriously. When Spencer Tracy and Sidney Poitier can be replaced by the likes of Bernie Mac and Ashton Kutcher, it's barely worth living in anymore. This slapstick-infested remake of 1967's Guess Who's Coming to Dinner simply switches the racial makeup of its principles. Dad is now an uptight black guy shocked to find out his daughter's fiancée is white. Can you imagine that? Black people and white people marrying one another? Strom Thurmond is probably rolling over in his grave. 106 minutes PG-13.
