I'm guessing I'm not the only person in America who's never heard the term "krumping." Turns out it's an inspirational inner city dance style that rose up in the wake of the L.A. riots. Participants dress like clowns and perform near-spastic dance moves to the tune of some heavy, asthmatic-sounding rap music. Odd as it sounds, it's occasionally impressive stuff. Photographer David LaChapelle directs this energetic documentary, which may let a few members of mainstream America in on the craze.84 minutes PG-13.
