Paul Walker (Eight Below) stars as a low-level mob flunky called upon to dispose of some "hot" guns from some recent murders. Unfortunately, one of the guns goes missing (in the hands of a 10-year-old boy), and it's up to Paul to find it before the cops do. Director Wayne Cramer (The Cooler) turns this into a nitrous-powered tornado of sadistic violence and cool imagery. It feels more like a Guy Ritchie film, full of oddball characters and hip bloodshed; but there are moments when it almost achieves the level of cult classic. Almost. 122 minutes R.
