Jericho

This tiny, independently produced Western is getting its debut right here in Albuquerque. Story concerns Jericho (Mark Valley, "Days of Our Lives," "ER"), a gunfighter who loses all his memory in a violent incident and is rescued by a Bible-quoting ex-slave (Leon Coffee, 8 Seconds). When it becomes apparent that Jericho is responsible for the murder of a sheriff, our amnesiac hero vows to straighten out his past. The cinematography on this digital video feature is a bit on the flat side, looking more like a made-for-TV movie, but the acting is sincere and the script contains some nifty plot twists. Fans of old-school, Louis Lamour-style Westerns will surely find something here to "yipee-kay-ay" about. 101 minutes
