Documentary filmmaker Davis Guggenheim (An Inconvenient Truth) puts three generations' worth of guitar gods (Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page, U2's The Edge, The White Stripes' Jack White) into a warehouse full of guitars, amps and records and waits to see what happens. Those expecting the supergroup to end all supergroups may be disappointed. Although the boys do some fine jamming, it's mostly boils down to three passionate, intelligent musicians simply talking about the thing they love: that magical, soul-shaking invention known as the electric guitar. A must for music fans! 97 minutes PG.
