Third-tier (but still cool) DC Comics character Jonah Hex gets his own shot at big-screen glory. Josh Brolin plays the battle-scarred post-Civil War bounty hunter out to stop a demonic businessman/terrorist (John Malkovich) with the help of an Old West prostitute (Megan Fox). Neveldine & Taylor (Crank, Gamer) wrote the script, which should give you some idea of its over-the-top-ness. There's a lot of potential here, actually, but the silliness (unnecessary explosions, limp acting, slim-to-none plot) wins out. 75 minutes PG-13.
