Australians seem to like their crime sagas. Here's another worthy entry--a gritty, high-tension look at a rough-and-tumble family of armed robbers and drug dealers in suburban Melbourne. After his mother dies, teenaged Joshua (newcomer James Frecheville) comes to live with his grandmother Cody and the rest of his felonious relatives. Now he's just got to figure out if he wants to join the bloody family business, or listen to the detective (Guy Pearce in a solid cameo) who's trying to save his life. 112 minutes R.
