Twenty-eight years after the fact, Disney updates the computerized fantasy of Tron. Like the original, this is mostly a bunch of high-tech eye-candy. As such, the revamped Light Cycle fights and upgraded glow-stick cityscapes are delicious. (The 3D, which only kicks in inside the digital world, is icing on the cake.) The script is too long, overly talky and degenerates into bouts of indecipherable techno-mystical mumbo-jumbo. But when Bridges breaks out the bad-ass cyber-Jedi shit, all is right with the world. 127 minutes PG.
