Searching for Sugar Man

A Dutch documentarian travels between Johannesburg and Detroit to unravel the mystery behind an unknown American folk singer named Rodriquez who disappeared without a trace in the early '70s, but somehow become a superstar in South Africa. The result is a heart-swelling film that's part detective novel, part Cinderella story, all rock 'n' roll dream come true. 86 minutes PG-13.
