This environmental documentary is structured like a murder mystery--looking into how and why a 12,000-pound Orca whale named Tilikum killed his trainer at SeaWorld. The shocking part isn't so much that, yes, wild animals in captivity are capable of lashing out and killing people. The shocking part is that Tilikum is a repeat offender with three deaths on his hands (flippers?). Like the Catholic church moving child-abusing priests from parish to parish, the marine park industry simply ships dangerous animals to a different branch of SeaWorld. Why? Money, of course. 90 minutes Unrated.
