This overly serious British drama tries to use today's omnipresent surveillance cameras to whip up some high-tech paranoia. But the film mostly just sews together elements of the BBC political thriller "State of Play" and the cheesy American action film Enemy of the State. Eric Bana (Munich, Hulk) is a defense attorney assigned to defend a Middle Eastern terror suspect, believed to have masterminded a bombing at a crowded London market. Before you can say "John Grisham," our hero figures out he's been set up for failure by some omnipotent government boogeymen. 96 minutes R.
