Tom Arnold and Stockard Channing are the big American stars in this forgettable Mexican rom-com. But Instructions Not Included just became the highest-grossing Spanish-language film ever released in the US, and studios figure Mexican comedies are hot. This one's about a diplomatic consul at the US Embassy in Mexico City who passes out drunk at her going-away party and is "rescued" by a handsome mariachi singer/single father. Sounds plausible. In English and Spanish with English subtitles. 112 minutes PG.
