This documentary takes an eye-opening look at the world of genetically modified organisms by making a closer examination of New Mexico's iconic chile pepper. The state of New Mexico actually funded research to produce a GMO chile--the first time a state government has officially backed such a move. This allowed filmmaker Chris Dudley to interview genetic researchers at NMSU about the potentially harmful use of GMO technology in our state.
