The D Train

A middle-aged loser (Jack Black) tries to lure the former high school stud (James Marsden) back to a 20-year reunion in suburban Pittsburgh. While it looks like your typically raunchy bromance, The D Train is more interested in the uncomfortable humor of sad, emotional truths. Thanks to a kinda believable twist about 40 minutes in, the narrative switches gears--for better and for worse.
