The Albuquerque chapter of the American Institute of Architects presents this one-night-only documentary screening. The environmentally friendly Macallen Building--an office filled with wheatboard cabinets, bamboo flooring and dual-flush toilets--slowly takes shape in South Boston, and steel-toed union worker aren't sure they like it. The film's nonfiction narrative explores the ways in which "green" building is creeping into urban American skylines. Free tickets are available at the Guild box office, but must be picked up between 5:30 and 6:30pm on the day of the screening. 72 minutes Unrated.
