After 20 years director Penelope Spheeris returns to Los Angeles for an update on her seminal punk rock documentary. Here, she looks into the lives of young street punks living in abandoned buildings, begging for change on the streets and sneaking into punk rock venues whenever possible. Live performances by underground bands such as Final Conflict, Litmus Green, Naked Aggression and The Resistance are featured. Keith Morris (Circle Jerks), Rick Wilder (Mau Maus) and Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers) are among the elder statesmen to provide context for the changes that have taken place in LA's punk scene. 86 minutes Unrated.
