To some, Michael "Eyedea" Larsen was a 21st-century prodigy--a freestyle rap champion, a guitar player, a break dancer, lead singer of a punk band, a poet, a philosopher and a friend to many. On Oct. 16, 2010, Larsen died in his sleep from what was called an accidental overdose. With ample footage of Eyedea in his prime, this award-winning documentary tells the story behind this unique underground artist. Director Brandon Crowson will be at the theater for a live, post-film Q&A. 98 minutes Unrated.
