French actor Dominique Abel and Australian actress Fiona Gordon team up to write, direct and star in this Buster Keaton-esque slapstick romp. Gordon is a naive librarian in Paris to visit her myopic Aunt Martha. Catastrophe ensues, thanks largely to Dom (Abel), a homeless man who can't help expressing every emotion and thought that comes to mind. The film is less about story and more about an endless, inventive string of sight gags and physical humor. It's whimsical, lightweight stuff, but Abel and Gordon are a sight to behold.83 minutes Unrated.
