I tried to take a friend from out of the country to see some jazz this weekend. I hit up three bars that had "jazz" listed for the night's entertainment, but there was no jazz to be found. One had a a dude and a keyboard doing crappy covers. Another had a dude on bass and a dude on guitar doing 100.3 the peak type soft rock. And finally, banging techno.

Where in town do you go to hear some REAL jazz on a Saturday night?
