I love a good Caesar salad. Il Vicino is currently my favorite but I would like to have some other options. The lettuce has to be crisp and not drenched in dressing, and of course the dressing has to be good. And the croutons must be homemade. Anyone have any suggestions?
Il Vicino has an amazing Ceasar salad!
I guess I didn't realize there was such a thing as a good caeser salad.
Dion's chicken caeser is good - and CHEAP!!! It's all I get there
I had Dion's last night. The bomba!
Last time I had one at Scalo it was pretty freakin' good.
And, the tableside one at Rancher's Club, if they still do it that way - cracking the raw egg in front of you and everything. Perfect.
I'll try Scalo next. I tried Dion's last weekend, not bad for a fast food caesar.
Does RC use anchovies? My guy loves them, me not so much, but I just pick them out and give them to him:)
They put a bunch of shaved pieces of Parmesan and make it right in front of you in a chilled bowl. It's awesome.
It's on the bottom floor of Sandia Casino's hotel addition. They do a kind of deconstructed Caesar with whole baby romain hearts and crispy parmesan shrads jutting out of it. It was a year or 2 ago when I had it.
I always thought the one at Outback was good, sounds like the one at Ranchers Club is on a whole nudda lebul
TMBC has the freshest, tastiest caesar salad you will ever eat. Creamy caesar dressing, fresh romaine, shredded parmesan, and garlic croutons are all excellent! Sometimes on saturday they do a cajun shrimp salad, which is their caesar with a huge cajun shrimp skewer on top-money!!
I'm with YOU on a Caesar/Ceasar salad. It's just lettuce and dressing, how freakin good can one be, than another?
