Heard at work today that the construction site on Menaul and Louisiana has a sign up saying it will be a Chipotle! Love their food. I had heard they were opening up elsewhere in town also, any ideas where?

that'll keep you full all day. But yes, a very Mexi-Cali feel. It's really similar to Qdoba if you've ever been there.
I don't know of other locations, but a facebook page seems to indicate November or December for opening.
I wouldn't be surprised if one pops up on the West Side... maybe near Cottonwood.
