Let's go with "Being here with all of you hardworking, very patriotic, um, very, um, pro-America areas of this great nation."
While the rest of the nation focused on the implication of her statement, that their were unpatriotic portions of this country, I couldn't help but be taken with the grammatical idiocy of her statement. She said she liked being with areas of the country. Can you be with an area? Seriously, she basically said: I like being with all of you patriotic areas of this country. Ugh. I'll ignore the "um's"

Folksy, in touch with the people, whatever; it's insulting. If this is how she actually speaks, then she has no business representing us. If she's simply "lowering herself" to identify with the populace, then the populace should be offended at how stupid she thinks they are.
