In a recent mailer, Don Harris accused his opponent of being an atheist. The implications of the mailer were clear...an atheist is a bad thing. Like a communist or a serial killer.
Apparently, Harris believes that if you don't believe in the same god as he does, then you shouldn't be on the city council. Wow. I wonder what old Donnie Boy would think if he were running against a Jew or a homosexual.
Better than thou shouldn't apply to those who sell divorce wholesale. Donnie makes his living off of the tragedy of others by negotiating divorces and bankruptcies. I guess his religion is okay with those.

I wouldn't automatically imply that communists are bad. It's a political philosophy that has a lot of good ideas even if it's been a disaster in practice. Commies ain't always bad people!
