Shouting "fire" in a crowded theater is not an example of using free speech. Free speech is about expressing opinions, sharing ideas, and telling stories. . Your "example" is just trouble making. It is the same as setting off an alarm, only using one's voice instead of a device. . Saying "Somebody ought to burn this theater down." is using free speech. . Saying "I'll give you $500 to burn this place down." is conducting business, and the business is a crime. .

If you want to take a slam at the Religious Right, do it with your own words, don't put them in my mouth. I would like to see this misquote corrected.
