Pardon me if I don't share liberals' obsession with allowing gays to join heteros in being part of our empire's military which goes around the world killing people and wasting hundreds of trillions of taxpayer dollars.

Don't get me wrong. I think gays should have equal rights, but I'm just not interested in expanding the ranks of the military. It is much more important to me that we rein in the military and return it to a "defensive" organization as opposed to an instrument of empire and global domination than it is to fight over who gets to participate in the fun and games.
