Better the devil you know than the one you don't and since Sowards is selective about what media outlets he deals with... screw him! I assume that the Alibi's readership and staff also includes Republicans, so an endorsement of a Republican candidate is a necessary evil. This doesn't mean you have to vote for Heather Wilson. Although, choosing between her and Greg Sowards is like picking between Hitler and Mussolini. Vote for a Democrat, even if it's Martin Heinrich.
It's amazing how much faith MMA fans suddenly have in the UFC's Fightmetric. (I'm suspicious of anything that comes with a UFC brand) Like most stats, they're subjective. Judges have lots of leeway in their scoring criteria, it's not a science. What scores the most points?, what is a significant hit?, nobody has any real answers and it changes from one fight to another. Nick Diaz made the mistake of allowing Carlos Condit to dictate the ebb and flow of the fight and that cost him dearly. A fight where one fighter does little more than run away, doesn't make for a good fight. They do still call it entertainment. The Giants will hang a collective beat down on the Niners. To go against the NY Giants at this point is to go against nature. Eli and company are playing like someone insulted their mothers. Alex Smith, will remember that he's Alex Smith and he'll come undone like River Cuomo's old sweater. As for the AFC,were it not for the Ravens anemic offense, I would pick them to win. Tom Brady and the Pats will rely on that most archaic of cliches and "just put more points on the board" Patriots-Giants in the Super Bowl.
The only miracle surrounding the Bronco's season, is that they made the playoffs at all. Goodell has done his job well, and now entire divisions reek of mediocrity. Having read this article, I don't know anymore about the playoffs than I did before I read it... which leads me to ask is Michael Sanchez the Kyle Boller of sports writers or is the Alibi the St. Louis Rams of newspapers .. hmmmm
Can't really see what she's wearing, all we can see is the hoodie, she could be fashionable, but I doubt it. The real problem with Kat is that for an advice columnist, her advice is weak. People followed Ann Landers because they believed that Ann had answers, that she had her shit together, Kat doesn't give off that vibe. Granted Kat, is no Ann Landers and she's certainly not Jen Sincero.
Advice from a cat lady... give me a fuckin' break. Shouldn't someone who's giving advice on how to act in public, dress like she actually plans on leaving the house someday?
