My favorite TED video is the one by John Wooden on True Success.

He makes you realize that we need to be able to close the doors behind us in order to open the doors ahead of us. Also what he says about doing the best you can will get you what you SHOULD get, not necessarily what you want. Finally, the quote by Cervantes "the journey is better than the end"...getting there is the fun.

I've never been able to attend a TED Conference in person but always hear about how they have changed peoples lives. I'm in that phase of my life now after turning 50 yrs old in 2009. Still on my journey....
