So, what I was saying is I don't get why decent restaurants have a MySpace page at all - both Brasserie and Gruet have real webpages that are much more elegant:
...so I don't get diluting their brand across sites like that. Strange.

I've had very tasty scallop nigiri preparations at several places in town, but the comment, "our order of scallops were minced in a creamy mayonnaise sauce that we both thought was a nice touch", seemed odd.
Nearly all of the scallop nigiri I've tried here in Albuquerque use exactly that preparation, so it doesn't seem to be an unusual combination.... Sometimes it can be called "spicy scallop nigiri", as well.
Google search turned up nothing.... so what is this pudding like and/or made from?
