Speak for yourself Aniah! I really don't appreciate the accusation that everyone in this world (with the exception of the folks at SC of course)are selfish, sinful,and self-centered.

Does a "healing" event involve nudity, fondling and kissing?? In the court transcripts, A.S. testified that she was naked on the bed, that Bent kissed her more than once ON the lips AND he kissed her naked breast. So yes,to me he is a pervert!! To heck with impurity of imagination Anaiah, any rational thinking human being would find a problem with this. And if you would subject your own daughter to something like this you should also be in prison. You should be punished for even promoting it to the young girls there. I've seen how you women look at Bent and you all look like your in some kind of a trance. It's very sad to me. I just thank God that I've never had to get mixed up in something like this!!
Bent says: "He could’ve said, 'Well, Mr. Bent, you’re an old man going crazy, so we’re just gonna give you house arrest and try and get people to take care of you so you don’t do that again.’ But instead he treated me as a mass murderer."
So, is Bent saying he would have accepted the guilty verdict had he been given house arrest? Spare me!!
He keeps saying how innocent he is but I read the court transcripts, what about Healed's sister? In her testimony she said that Bent kissed her naked breast. Funny how he keeps leaving that part out.
All I can say is this, he knew what he was doing was wrong, he admitted to it over and over but yet he STILL went ahead and did it. For me his sentence is appropriate and I hope he lives long enough to sit out the whole thing. Bent should consider himself lucky, his arrogance and refusal to admit he may have committed a crime could have gotten him a longer sentence.
The people at SC are just as arrogant, smug and condescending as their leader. People should be able to believe whatever they want. These people at SC expect it to be all or nothing. They need to learn to respect others beliefs too!! |
