Saying this: "While I don’t like that Charley’s shrink-wraps used vinyl, preventing pre-purchase inspection (and previewing the music", is just an egregious error! I have been a long time shopper and fan of Charley's Record and they have a knowledgeable and friendly staff that have consistently helped my through my vinyl search. I live in Chicago now and miss Charley's, I just happen to catch this and thought someone should set it straight!! Have you ever talked to anyone at Charley's or have you just not been there and heard this "defamatory or maliciously or damagingly misrepresentation" of the truth?
