The first Pops concert of NMSO's 2009-2010 season was meant to be presented by the full-sized orchestra of 75 musicians, not just seven as the article inaccurately states. There were seven non-NMSO performers who came to town as part of the Buddy Holly tribute show, and they were the ones who performed on Oct. 3rd. The NMSO musicians have been illegally locked out by NMSO management and therefore are prevented from playing on any concert scheduled by NMSO. |
