MARKETING ASSISTANT

This position will provide marketing and administrative support to the Campus Office of Substance Abuse Prevention – COSAP. It will design promotional brochures, newspaper ads, flyers, and a wide variety of other prevention-related marketing. DEAN

The University of New Mexico (UNM) invites application and nominations for an experienced leader to the position of Dean of Instruction (Chief Academic Officer) of the UNM Gallup Campus reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Campus. The position is a 12-month administrative position carrying faculty rank. The Dean of Instruction is the College's Chief Academic Officer with overall responsibility for leadership and administration of the instructional programs and the faculty. Approximately 70 full-time and 65 part-time faculty are fully engaged in the shared governance system and the Dean works closely with faculty leaders to ensure excellence in the academic program. Programs of the Institution are carried out through four academic administrative units including: 1) Arts and Sciences, 2) Business and Applied Technology, 3) Education, Health and Human Services, and 4) the College Library. Division Chairs report directly to the Dean. The Dean is a member of the Campus Executive Leadership Team providing overall guidance to instructional activities of the campus under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer. Application Administrator/Cloud Solutions The UNM Health Sciences Center Chief Information Office is looking for a self-motivated individual to help provide quality software solutions and support to the UNM HSC academic and research community in the HSC Applications Support Unit (ASU). This individual will work with vendors, customers, and technical staff to transition products to cloud based solutions, using AZURE, O365, and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) products. This person will also provide support for our Sharepoint and Learning Management System (LMS) – Moodle. Responsibilities include application administration, planning and implementing vendor provided patches and upgrades, creating custom Sharepoint sites and templates, and addressing various technical and process issues related to supported products. HSC ASU provides primary application support for the academic and research operations at the Health Sciences Center.
