The Campaign Manager will also support high school youth advocates as they work on the campaign as part of their participation in Evolvement, Rescue’s award-winning youth engagement program. Day-To-Day Activities: Mobilize Youth and Adult Volunteers: Recruit and train adult volunteers statewide to serve as local advocates for the campaign in their communities; Support youth and adult advocates in implementing campaign activities and events in their communities; Train the Evolvement Youth Leadership Team members to speak to the media, conduct high-level campaign efforts, and present to stakeholders regarding the campaign. Grassroots Events: Organize and participate in campaign events as well as provide the necessary support to empower youth and adult volunteers to be the drivers of events in their communities; Recruit, train, and manage a team of 5-10 paid event staffers to assist with community events.
