CAMPAIGN MANAGER

The Job We are looking for a dynamic, high performing Campaign Manager to drive implementation of a new statewide campaign to reduce illegal tobacco sales to youth in New Mexico. The Campaign Manager will also support high school youth advocates as they work on the campaign as part of their participation in Evolvement, Rescue’s award-winning youth engagement program. Day-To-Day Activities: Mobilize Youth and Adult Volunteers: Recruit and train adult volunteers statewide to serve as local advocates for the campaign in their communities; Support youth and adult advocates in implementing campaign activities and events in their communities; Train the Evolvement Youth Leadership Team members to speak to the media, conduct high-level campaign efforts, and present to stakeholders regarding the campaign. Grassroots Events: Organize and participate in campaign events as well as provide the necessary support to empower youth and adult volunteers to be the drivers of events in their communities; Recruit, train, and manage a team of 5-10 paid event staffers to assist with community events.
