The scope of the work for these services involves providing cleaning services at two health care clinics (located at 5608 Zuni Road SE and 625 Truman Street NE), in Albuquerque. Hours of service must occur during the afterhours (Zuni Site: after 830pm Monday-Friday and after 230pm Saturdays and Truman Site: after 730pm Monday-Friday). The requested hours of service will change if the clinics’ hours change. The facility sites at each location provide health and other services to a large number of community members including those experiencing homelessness. The details of the proposal requirements can be found using the link http://www.fnch.org/bids.aspx. The proposal price for this work shall include any and all charges, tax, and all other applicable fees necessary for the furnishing of the requested services. Proposals should clearly demonstrate how the services that are proposed could best satisfy the cleaning requirements. First Nations Community HealthSource reserves the right, without qualification to: select any proposal as a basis for written or oral communication with any or all of the companies or individuals when such action is considered to be in the best interest of the First Nations Community HealthSource. A contract will not necessarily be awarded to the lowest proposal. First Nations Community HealthSource has the right to reject any or all proposals. Negotiate with any qualified applicant and exercise discretion and apply its judgment with respect to any proposals submitted. Price is an important consideration in this process, but not the only consideration. Other factors will include track record of successes at other similar sites and locations, experience and qualification of the firm and key personnel. Each proposal must conform to and be responsible to the invitation and proposals should be submitted on a line-item basis. First Nations Community HealthSource reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to determine which proposal is, in its judgment, the best responsible proposal and which proposal should be accepted in the best interest of the First Nations Community HealthSource. First Nations Community HealthSource also reserves the right to waive any informalities in a proposal. Proposals received after the time announced for the opening will not be considered. No proposer may withdraw his/her proposal after the time announced for the opening, or before the award and acceptance of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
