This individual works relatively independently in a highly professional office environment and performs a variety of support functions. Responsibilities • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, managing calendars, taking notes and transcription, preparing and processing invoices, and preparing and storing documents. Requirements • 3-5 years’ experience working in a highly professional environment. • Solid attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and multitasking. • Intermediate to advanced skill level using Microsoft Office programs. • Excellent problem solving, decision making and judgement skills to identify, interpret and resolve situations while keeping the immediate supervisor apprised of developments. • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational and project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, yet independently when necessary. • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and precision. • Natural desire to be proactive, build rapport, use diplomacy and be tactful.
