MEMBER SERVICE SPECIALIST

We have a full-time, non-exempt, entry-level member services specialist position available in our Member Services Department. Typical activities include processing membership and product orders, tracking personal continuing education credits and related data entry. Position is responsible for communicating new and emerging issues, maintaining reports and auditing completed work. Position continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the member and customer experience. Position is responsible for maintaining a balance between organizational policies and member benefit in decision-making. Ideal candidates will have stellar phone etiquette, have well-developed interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and collaboratively, use discretion when working with confidential information and be extremely detail oriented. The ability to be proactive, build rapport and utilize diplomacy, tact and initiative is essential. Must exhibit strong analytical, organizational and motivational skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
