COOKING AND YOGA RETREAT!

Come to a fun, relaxing, creative, and nourishing spring retreat in the heart of Albuquerque, NM, during the first weekend of May! It will be held at The Studio Space, 7014 Cochiti Rd SE, a multi-use arts space. Each day will begin with a more active yoga practice and end with a more relaxing one. In between, we will cover essential knife skills, learn about plant-based nutrition, and create healthy plant-based meals, including desserts! You will get to help prepare everything in class, and then you will go home with the recipes and the tools to make them again at home! We will also cover tips for grocery shopping and prepping meals for the week, and some information about healing properties of certain herbs, spices, and other special ingredients. In addition, there will be time for group and personal meditation, breath work, and art projects! Sunday morning may also include a special field trip to a farmer's market, a local organic farm, and/or some relaxing baths! $198 if paid by April 20th $216 if paid after April 20th ($100 minimum deposit due upon registration to hold your spot. If you wish to wait to pay the remainder later, you must do so by May 1st.) Also let me know if you can only attend part of the retreat, and we will coordinate and price it accordingly for you!
