Comedian-turned-filmmaker Bobcat Goldthwait follows up his laceratingly funny film World's Greatest Dad with this bloody, blackly comic social satire. Frank (Joel Murray from "Dharma & Greg" and "Mad Men") is a terminally ill nobody who decides to pick up a gun and off the stupidest, cruelest and most repellent members of society. He does so with the help of his sidekick, a 16-year-old rageaholic named Roxie (Disney Channel regular Tara Lynne Barr). Think Falling Down with a sense of humor. 99 minutes R.
