When we meet, Ashley Moyer has a metronome in her purse. Her passport came in yesterday. She is, in a sense, working out. “I'm getting my train on. That's the least I can do right now—get physically fit, my stamina, my breath control, the tightness in my beats.” Moyer has to have the cardio health to support a 90-minute-plus show.
