“Fantastic Planet” is a two-EP set and the side project name of Latin-funky Felonious Groove Foundation, who’s releasing part one of its pseudo-eponymous album tonight at the Launchpad. The Alex Maryol Band opens the show at 9:30 p.m. $7 includes a CD, 21+. (Laura Marrich)
