Space Opera

I don’t like this poster—on several levels, the thematic references are a bit disturbing—but no better options were to be found this week. (Sigh ... see blurb below.) However, this adolescent artwork advertises what promises to be a fine show. Three most excellent Albuquerque bands comprise the lineup: The Great Depression, St. Petersburg and Red Light Cameras. See them at Burt’s Tiki Lounge on Friday, Sept. 30, beginning around 10 p.m. This event is free. (Jessica Cassyle Carr)
