Mother Death Queen is sweeter than a hesher band
A band moniker like Mother Death Queen may indicate a bunch of big, hairy guys with Flying V guitars and too many crash cymbals. Fortunately it’s much more pleasant than that.

Stranger Things Arcade Carnival
Netflix's retro-spooky series "Stranger Things" was the best thing to happen to horror in ages. In celebration of the show's second season, Tractor Brewing and Tricklock Company present Stranger Things Arcade Carnival. Visitors can enjoy snacks from Pop Fizz and Whole Foods, and art from Octopus and Fox. Have your fortune told, test your luck against the Demigorgon and check out the blind date booth. DJ Flo Fader will spin all the best '80s dance hits "all night long" (to quote Lionel Ritchie). At 10pm local theater troupe Tricklock heads to an outdoor circus tent to host the legendary Lizard Lounge, a late-night cabaret filled with bizarre acts. Woven throughout all the flashback fun is a selection of free-to-play classic arcade games and pinball machines, courtesy of Geekon. Tickets are $15 and are available through Eventbrite.
