Body Café is the dining side of Body of Santa Fe, a gym and spa with all the trimmings. The ingredients are wheat-, dairy- and sugar-free. And 90% of the ingredients are organic. The extensive vegetarian menu also caters to omnivores with dishes such as a tower of brown rice with seasonal vegetables in a rich lemongrass curry with your choice of marinated tempeh, chicken or Alaskan wild salmon. Liquids take up half the menu with herbal elixirs, straight-up juices and smoothies made with coconut milk and fruit. Kick back with organic wine, beer and saké. (Alibi Staff, December 6, 2012)

The Teahouse is a lovely getaway for any occasion. Not only is this quaint restaurant just the place for tea but it also serves local and organic foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. There are more than 100 tea blends to choose from. (Alibi Staff, June 9, 2011)
