The Ridgeback Cafe is a must-stop for those who want their trip to the mountains to include an edible sample of the local flora and fauna. The elk burger is a specialty here, as is the fruits of the forest pie, made with locally grown, seasonal ingredients. If you don’t want to eat the alipine wildlife, the menu also offers up less adventurous items like french dip sandwiches and red chile enchiladas. (Alibi Staff, September 12, 2013)
