Body Café is the dining side of Body of Santa Fe, a gym and spa with all the trimmings. The ingredients are wheat-, dairy-, and sugar-free. And 90% of the ingredients are organic. The extensive veg menu also caters to omnivores with dishes such as a tower of quinoa with its seared tuna, brunoise carrots, curried potatoes, and a sesame-and-fruit salsa. Liquids take up half the menu with herbal elixirs, straight-up juices, and smoothies made with coconut milk and fruit. Kick back with organic wine, beer and saké. (Alibi Staff, December 6, 2012)
