Garcia's used to be a fantastic place to eat. I am still bewildered to this day about what was in my burrito. It seems that this place serves as a trash recycling point, they justifiably maintain a quality of standard that most third-world countries would find object able at best. Tasteless days old leftover overpriced gruel is my word for this place. I complained at the register, and met with just pay your tab, and who cares what you have to say.
This place takes the top spot for a SLOP-HOUSE! Stay away!
