This unassuming pizza joint just off the I-40 Edgewood exit is notable specifically for its thin and very crispy crust. The pies are baked on screens and served on perforated pans so the crust never gets soggy. Pies come in two sizes—small (14-inch) and large (16-inch)—and you’ll have to try hard to spend more than $16 on a large. Dinner only, seven days a week. Yes, there is beer.
