Mannies is a little neighborhood diner that’s actually quite big. You’re sure to see someone you know if you eat at Mannies for breakfast on the weekend. People go for the pancakes, the homemade muffins, the French toast and, of course, to see and be seen. Mannies has a marvelous BLT with thick slabs of bacon, a nest of shredded lettuce and a generous slathering of mayo. (Alibi Staff, August 11, 2010)
