A delightful Vietnamese restaurant near I Love Sushi, Saigon has plenty of comfy booths if you want to eat in and speedy service if you plan to takeout. Several dishes you won’t find anywhere else feature quail. (Alibi Staff, August 11, 2010)

Saigon has the best eggrolls. Their PHO and most of the other dishes are pretty average. Service is generally good, with the exception of one waiter, who is very moody. Don't seem to like kids too much. Hallway leading to bathroom is kinda creepy, with the bathroom itself not too sanitize. Other than that, the eggrolls are excellent.
